Reinforced transportation options for getting back to Barcelona

The commitment to sustainability made since the FIH Hockey Women's World Cup in Terrassa 2022 is firm. We thus seek to encourage all spectators to come to the stadium using public transport.

Free urban bus

Free city bus for people with tickets: Drivers will validate tickets, checking the date. People attending the matches will be given a "type 0" ticket that will allow public transport to be used. The "type 0" ticket only entitles you to one trip, so it is important that attendees keep the ticket for the return trip as well, as they will have to show it again so that the driver can deliver it. another "type 0" ticket.

Free city bus for volunteers: the volunteers will show the eva accreditation. The driver will give the volunteers a "type 0" ticket. The operating system of the "type 0" ticket will be the same as the ticket for people with ticket.

From Terrassa

The bus lines that arrive next to the stadium are lines 8 and H and visitors should get off at the Olympic Area stop. Line 7 stops at Voluntaris; and Lines 9 and 16 stop Carretera de Rellinars.

From Barcelona

The fastest and easiest way to get to the Olympic Stadium from Barcelona is by train. There are two different transportation companies you can take to get to Terrassa: FGC: take line S1 (timetable) to Terrassa Nacions Unides (a 5-minute walk from the Stadium); and RENFE take lines R4 or R12 (timetable) to Terrassa (10-minute walk from the Stadium).

Arriving by bicycle or personal mobility vehicles

A good option to move around the city of Terrassa is using a bike or a VMP as a scooter. On this map you will find all the parking points for bicycles and personal mobility vehicles.

You can also rent shared use vehicles. Through the Terrassa Town Hall, this App is proposed to use these vehicles and promote sustainable mobility.

Night bus

To facilitate the return of spectators, the Terrassa urban bus company TMESA will extend the hours of lines 7-8-9 and H until midnight. In the same way, as an intercity bus we have a special line (N61) that will be operational from 11:30 p.m. with three different routes that will cover Terrassa, Sabadell, Rubí, Sant Cugat and Barcelona. The expeditions that best fit the end times of matches leave the Estació del Nord towards Barcelona at 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., and arrive in Barcelona at 12:47 a.m. and 1:47 a.m. The schedules with the different routes can be consulted at this link.

Shuttle service

There will be a shuttle bus service available for ticket holders, press and volunteers, and people with accreditation. There will be two different shuttle lines, with the following schedules:

Public parking areas

In this map from the Terrassa City Hall you can consult the bus lines and the different parking options, both free and paid. Free parking is enabled in Parc Vallès (where the circus is installed): it will connect with the Stadium with regular bus lines, taking into account the hourly extensions of the previous point. Expeditions on lines 7, 8 and 9 that will extend to the Park stop will be the usual ones.

We have also two car parks for spectators with capacity for 150 cars that are less than 17 minutes away on foot and a paid car park, arranged according to the attached plans.
