The opening ceremony will be held on Thursday June 30 in the churches of Sant Pere
One day before the ball begins to roll on the synthetic surface of the Terrassa Olympic Stadium, the city will welcome the competition with a spectacular opening ceremony. The churches of Sant Pere will host the event that will mix hockey with popular culture, local historical heritage and where the players participating in the World Cup will be the main protagonists.
This inauguration, open to the city, will feature many surprises and performances by different highly relevant local entities, in addition to the presence of the captains of the eight teams that play the first phase at the Terrassa headquarters and many of the participating players.
The event will be held on June 30 at 9:15 p.m. and is open to the public, however, the capacity of the venue limits the capacity. Admission is free, but you must reserve beforehand through the form found at this link . Only the first 350 people to sign up will be able to enjoy this spectacular start to the World Cup in Terrassa.
